Lanhuo Kiln Ceramics

Lanhuo Kiln Ceramics presents the monochrome porcelain works of Master Fan Daoming, founder of Lanhuo Kiln in Fuliang, Jingdezhen. With nearly forty years of ceramic exploration, Master Fan dedicates his practice to the revival of classical Chinese glaze aesthetics through original material research, mineral experimentation and high-temperature firing techniques. Rather than reproducing historical wares, his works draw inspiration from the refined spirit of Southern Song Guan Ware, exploring elegant glaze expressions such as Tianqing (sky blue), Yuebai (moon white) and Mise-inspired tones. Using high-iron clay bodies and carefully selected natural minerals from southern China, each piece reveals a unique harmony between ancient aesthetics, personal innovation, fire transformation and the beauty created by nature.
